We encourage everyone to water up and stay hydrated, so you can keep your muscles happy and your energy high. If you plan on drinking alcohol, be mindful of your body and your limitations. If you choose to partake in any illicit substances, please be aware of its potential effects on your body, mind, and nervous system. We do not condone drug use at our events.
